Pre-Matric Scholarship For ST Category – Benefits
This scholarship offers multiple sorts of help to students who are members of Scheduled Castes. It help them with books, school supplies, tuition, school fees, and other expenses. Students will receive this amount for ten months. When awarded in cash, the scholarship is mainly split into two groups: day scholars and hostelers. Every category receives a different amount. Those who apply for the day scholar scholarship will get 150 rupees a month, while hostel-residing students will get 350 rupees per month. This scholarship is given out for ten months per annum. Books and ad hoc grants: Day scholars get 700 rupees monthly, while hostel students get 1000 rupees.

Qualifications for Gujarat’s Pre-Matric Scholarship Program for Students Who Are ST
In order to qualify for this scholarship, you need to follow the requirements listed below. You will not be qualified for this scholarship otherwise. You will not receive the scholarship money as a result of it. All students should be aware of this main point.
The student has to be a Scheduled Tribe member in order to apply for this award.
The applicant’s parents yearly income should not be more than two lakh rupees. The amount includes every source of income for the parents.
After applying for this scholarship, the student will not be eligible to apply for or receive any other scholarships. All students are required to attend schools that are approved by the government or that are connected to the Central/State Board of Secondary Education.
Within the same class, a student may only be eligible for this grant once. A student’s application will be denied, and they will not be awarded the scholarship if they reapply in the same class.
