Financial Assistance To Destitute Children Scheme (FADC)

Children under the age of 21 years whose parents are imprisoned or passed away and it is allowed to 2 children of a same family.
Rate of Allowance: Rs 2100 per month per child subject to the maximum for two children of one family (w.e.f. 01-01-2024).

Ladli Social Security Allowance Scheme

Ladli Social Security Allowance Scheme is designed for the families with a single girl child with no son or sons. Family can enroll from the 45th birthday of mother or the father whoever is older till their birth day for 15 years.

Allowance To Dwarfs:

  • The individuals whose height is 3 feet 8 inches or less for males and for females with 3 feet 3 inches or less height is eligible to receive pension under this scheme.
  • Dwarf person’s age must be 18 years and above.
  • Dwarf person should produce certificate from civil surgeon.
  • Rate of Allowance: Rs. 3000 per month (w.e.f. 1st January 2024)

Allowance To Eunuchs

  • Under this scheme, the person who want to receive the allowance, should produce certificate from the doctor and should be 18 years and above.
  • Rate of Allowance: Rs. 3000 per month (w.e.f. 1st January 2024)

  • Step 1 : Visit http://saralharyana.gov.in, the SARAL Portal. To access services, you must first register as a citizen by clicking the Signup link if you are not already registered on the SARAL Portal.
  • Please include a working email address and mobile number in addition to the mandatory data. The email address and mobile number will be used to receive notifications and access services.
  • Step 2: Enter your login information to access the SARAL Portal. You will be welcomed with a screen like the one shown below. You can check and modify your details in the Manage Profile section and alter the password. The Apply for Services option offers a list of services along with an application interface for them. You can monitor your application, incomplete applications, and payments through the View Status of Application menu.
  • Step 3: Apply for services link is given in the left side navigation bar which is used to access services provided to citizens. View services will be link will be visible after clicking on Apply for services link. When you click on View services link, it will display a page with list of services
  • Step 4: There is a search function available which will be used to find the your desired service immediately. Search function will work when you enter few characters of the service name in the box provided. If you want to apply for this service, click the apply button. For ex: select Old age samman allowance service.
  • Step 5: Enter the CIDR number, and click the Go button, it will display a form where you have to enter required fields.
  • Step 6: Submit the application by clicking on submit button.
  • Step 7: A confirmation page will appear with summary of the your application. Read the enter information entered by you.
  • Step 8: You have to confirm the application by clicking the submit button. Then a acknowledgement page will be displayed with important information like, mobile number, email-id, CIDR id, service name, department name and address with SARAL ID. Take the print out of the summary page or save it and note the SARAL ID. SARAL ID is used to download the application form.
  • Step 9 : Now your application request is submitted properly. Now click on the URL provided on the acknowledgement page to download the application file.
