The beneficiaries of the Swami Vivekananda Stipend Scheme are restricted to ITI students. For a one-year program, students under this scheme receive 125 rupees per month as ITI scholarship amount. They receive ITI scholarship amount of 400 rupees per month for the ITI course fees they incur over the course of the year.
The Gujarat government has started the Swami Vivekananda Stipend Scheme aimed to lessen the financial burden that disadvantaged parents must bear. - Passport size photo of Student
– Student/applicant must keep passport size photo with a clear background and face should be visible - Identity proof ( Student’s Aadhaar Card)
– As an identify proof student must submit Aadhaar card - Student’s Income Certificate approved by Competent Authority (Form No. 16 required for Govt. Employee)
– Student must submit their annual family income certificate as a proof to show annual income is under the limits - Student’s Caste Certificate from the Competent Authority
– Student must submit his/her caste certificate for the caste proof - First Page of Bank Passbook/Cancelled Cheque of Student
– Student should have bank account on his name, amount can be transferred directly to his account. - Student’s School Leaving Certificate (If Any)
– Student must submit his/her school leaving certificate as a proof to show that he studied in particular school - Student’s Break Affidavit(If Break Gap is More than One Year)
– If there is any gap during his education that should be shown. - Death Certificate of Father/Guardian in case Father is not Alive
- Other Marksheets/Last Year Marksheet (If Any)
– Previous year marksheets - Student’s Identity Card (College/School)
– Admission receipt of course enrolled
How to Apply for Digital Gujarat Scholarship ITI
The following steps will guide you in applying for ITI scholarship online.
- Step 1: The applicant or student can navigate to https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/, the Digital Gujarat Portal.
- Step 2 : You will see 2 buttons on the site. Registration and Login. You can click on Registration button incase if you have not already registered.
- Step 3: After tapping on Register button on the main page, the applicant/student will be taken to the registration form.
- Step 4: Click Save button after entering your email address, mobile number, and password. If the registration is successful you will receive your user id and password
- Step 5: The candidate/student can log in to the Digital Gujarat Portal using his or her User Name (cell phone number or email address) and Password following a successful registration.
- Step 6: At this point, click My Profile button to update your information and include all required fields.
- Step 7: Click on Update Profile button once you have completed entering your personal information. Your profile gets updated after entering the verification code (OTP) received on mobile or emailid
- Step 8: Choose scholarship services from the dashboard. Then select scholarship scheme you want to apply for.
- Step 9: Select the financial year in which you want to apply. Then click on change financial year button.
- Step 10: Before filling the ITI scholarship form, read the instructions carefully. Then fill the application form properly and upload supported documents then submit the application form.
- Step 11: After successful submission of the application form, download the application and keep a copy with you for your future references.
