  • 1.Applicant Photo: Applicants should submit their most recent passport size photograph.
  • 2.Ration Card : Applicant should submit ration card as identity proof for low income family

Apply Online For Physically Handicapped Pension Karnataka

  • Step 1 : Click here to go to Sevasindhu website and click on Department & Services from the top menu bar on the Homepage.
  • Step 2 : You can search for a service (physically handicapped pension) or click on the Directorate of social security and pensions to expand it to select the physically handicapped pension service.
  • Step 3 : A popup window will open with eligibility details and click Apply on the online button. Or there click here to go to the login page directly.
  • Step 4: Enter the username, password/OTP, captcha and click on the Login button. (If you have already registered)
    • Otherwise click the Register HERE button (If the candidate is a new user)
    • Enter the Aadhar number in the newly opened page.
    • Check the registered mobile number to receive an OTP.
    • Enter the OTP number and click the Allow button.
    • Enter the Email ID, Password, Phone number and click the Submit button.
      Now you can Login.
  • Step 5 : Fill the Applicant Details displayed in the form.
  • Step 6: Read all the details, if details are correct, enter captcha and click on submit button.
  • Step 7: Now a confirmation form will be displayed for user verification, click on Edit if you have any corrections, option, otherwise move to Attach annexure
  • Step 8 : Click on Attach annexures to open browse window
  • Step 9: Upload all the mandatory softcopy documents and click on save annexures button.
  • Step 10 : Saved documents will be displayed and click on eSign and Submit to proceed.
  • Step 11 : Now click on “I agree with above user consent and eSign terms and conditions” and Select authentication type to continue and click on OTP.
  • Step 12 : Enter Aadhar Number and click to get OTP
  • Step 13 : After entering the OTP(One Time Password) and click on Submit button
  • Step 14 : Then an acknowledgement form will be generated. Acknowledgment consists of details of applicant, application and Submission Details for applicant’s reference.
  • Step 14 : Go to the sevasindhu.karnataka.gov.in and click on Registered Users Login Here, to download the certificate
  • Step 15 : Enter your username, password/OTP, captcha and click on Submit in the login page.
  • Step 16 : Click on View Status of Application button –> Track application status. Enter Application Reference Number (you can check Acknowledgment/SMS) and tap on Get Data.
  • Step 17 : Check the present Status of the application. If it shows delivered, Click on Delivered.
  • Step 18 : Under the Issue Document(s), click on Output certificate.
  • Step 19 : Physically Handicapped Pension Certificate will be downloaded to your computer. You can save the certificate or print the certificate if required

Offline process For Physically Handicapped Pension Karnataka

To apply for this scheme, the eligible individual must submit two copies of the completed application form along with the necessary documents to the relevant district department of Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens office.

  • Collect the application form from the designated counter
  • Following careful examination, the application will be submitted to the relevant authority for approval.
  • Upon approval, pensions will be disbursed monthly in cash on the 15th of each month, regardless of whether it coincides with a holiday at the relevant G.P. Headquarters, BDO office in rural areas, or Municipality/N.A.C. office in urban areas, or according to state regulations.
  • If an application is rejected, the applicant will be properly notified.
