- Step-7: In the Contact Detail Section, Mobile Number and Aadhaar Number will be auto-filled. Fill up Pan Card Number, if PAN Card available.
- Step-8: If the ration card number is already linked with the Aadhaar number, then the ration card number and family details will get auto populated; otherwise, enter the ration card number to retrieve the family details. If the ration card is not present, add the family information manually.
- Step 9: The State, District, Pin Code, and Aadhaar address will be automatically populated in the Aadhaar Address Detail Section. If the current address and the Aadhaar address match, select “Same as Aadhaar address.” Additionally, choose whether the artisan is a member of the gram panchayat. If so, choose the block and gram panchayat. If the artisan is from an urban area, choose “No” under “Do You come under Gram Panchayat” and choose ULB Name.
- Step 10: Enter the current address information in the Aadhaar Address Detail Section, choose “Other” if the Aadhaar address differs, and choose whether the artisans are under the gram panchayat or not.
- Step 11: In Profession/Trade Details Section pick Artisan’s Profession/Trade Name. Then has to mention that his/her profession/ trade is family profession gained through Guru-Shishya tradition and pick business address, if the business address same as Aadhaar then pick “Same as Aadhaar Address”, if same as current address then pick “Same as Current Address”, if business address is different than Aadhaar and current address then pick Other option and fill business address.
